2010-3-9 7:29:09check them all unless you have a cache folder your scared of losing...and if you don't know what that means...then your good to go check em all and run it.
2010-3-9 11:15:14Leave the program in it's default settings. The only changes that you should make are the algorithms (how many times the program is erased). To get to that,Click on Options, then on Settings. In Secure Deletion, check secure File Deletion (slower) and change it to Gutmann (35 passes). or NSA (7 passes).Other then that, leave the rest alone.
2010-3-9 15:24:21you may need to run windows system restore if there is any that will bring you back to the time before you run ccleaner.
2. you can restore the keys that you deleted unless you didn't save then when ccleaner asked you to save them.
3. If all the above dont work then you will need to repair your windows install
Obviously you're not advanced so don't put checks in them. That is why when ccleaner installed, it's in default settings for average or less skilled users like you.
