I need to download spy doctor to get rid of cryptor and patched virus?
However the computer download is really slow, I think because of the virus and it wont let me open the computer in safe mode, any ideas??

p.s I have an avg protection but it seems to have let me down and let two viruses in.

Simple go the cnet website download the program called malwarebytes, after install update the program is free, then you scan the computer and I am sure your problems will be solve, trust me!!!
Also download the browser called firefox mozilla 3.6 to help you on the internet speed

if your still not sure on what to do
then go to your local computer store and get them to look at it and fix it for you
You need to download the software, using another computer ,onto a pen drive or maybe a cd then run the scans.
Try malwarebytes, download from here..............

Update the software, then do a full scan.

you can only run 1 anti-virus at a time or you will lock up your computer
put your restore disk in the drive,use ctrl+alt+del, and as it is booting hit the F8 key use recover to last known good confiuration.
