How do I get bigger text on my computer?
I just bought a new widescreen monitor and when I set it to the clearest highest resolution the text and icons all get small. Is thier a way to get the clear picture with the bigger text?

I also have a wide screen monitor, mine is a "hp 19 inch wide screen" and what I have found to get the very best from your new monitor is to set the screen resolution to 1024 x 768 pixels.
how you do this is simply Right Click on an empty part of your desk top and click on:
1/ Personalisation
2/ then click on Display Settings
3/ you will see in the left corner a slider saying Low - High
4/ Slide the slider pointer to the left until you see the resolution showing 1024 x 768
5/ Click OK
6/ close all windows, you will now see the Icons and text is a lot larger enabling you to see whats on the screen a lot better.

Macs rule, pc's druel!
Below search box, bottom right do you have a small house? on that line you should have 'page' click it and change txt size or above your clock you can ZoOm. try and have fun. My PC is great.
2010-3-9 11:13:56Depends if you have a mac or pc. If you have a mac, what mac do you have? If you have a pc, what operating system do you have, e.g. xp, vista, windows 7? Sorry this is going on but things chageas newer operating systems come out.
