2010-3-9 11:13:38Probably. But I don't think it's Full HD so it only plays movies which are HD not everything you do. If it was Full HD then everything you do including searching the web would be in HD
2010-3-9 15:22:45Yes it can, but if you had a DVI port to it, the clarity will be so much more perfect. Right now Youtube has 720p and Hulu has 420p or so. But it can display HD videos, but if you 'force' your monitor to watch the best quality HD videos you can damage your monitor so be careful about that.
2010-3-9 19:54:55That monitor can only display NON-ENCRYPTED / NON-COPY-PROTECTED 720p HD content (which is 1280x720 resolution).
It will NOT display 1080p HD, which requires a monitor capable of 1920x1080 resolution.
And, it CANNOT display COPY-PROTECTED HD content of ANY KIND, 720p, 1080i or 1080p, because that monitor is NOT HDCP-compliant. That means you will NOT be able to play back Blu-Ray discs in HD with it, nor watch QAM-encrypted pay cable/satellite HD channels with it.
