Question

Screen resolution keeps changing?

Nearly every time I turn on my computer, it sets the screen resolution so that the icons on my desktop are huge and part of it is cut off. It is easy enough to change it to a comfortable size, but it keeps changing back no matter what I try. I have Windows Vista if that helps.

Answer

Other Answer

Click on the "Start" menu on your desktop. Then pick the option "Control Panel." A new window will appear.
Click on "Adjust screen resolution" under the heading, "Appearance and Personalization." A new window will pop up. Under "Font size" you'll have three options: "Smaller," "Medium" and "Larger."
Click on the option that will make your font larger on your monitor. For example, if the option, "Medium" was checked when the window first opened, check the option, "Larger."
Click on "Apply." Your monitor screen should now display a larger font size than before.
