Question
How can I remove this virus on my computer? I have tried 4 different spyware softwares all fail to load?
They install fine but when it comes to actually running the program they disappear. They appear in task manager for about 15 sec and then disappear.
The ones I have tried are: SpyBot, MalwareBytes, Ad-aware, TrendMicro Hijack, Iobit Security 360.
Have tried to run them in Safe Mode but my safe mode is disabled and just restarts the computer. Help, anybody. What to do. And please don't answer REFORMAT.

If you don't have an XP, that is.
Hi,
Have you tried Trend Micro Housecall?
That is an in-line scanner / remover that may work.

You can use SpywareNoMore.
As we all know Computer hackers seeking financial gain rather than thrills or notoriety are increasingly flooding the Internet with malicious software code (spyware, adware, key loggers, trojans). They are infecting computers with highly sophisticated programs that record surfing habits, bank passwords and other key financial data and send them to crooks over the Internet. These programs can be hard to spot, disguised in downloads such as toolbars, search engines, browser accessories, screen savers and other seemingly helpful utilities.
SpyNoMore anti-spyware safeguards your identity and restores system performance through fast, smart and powerful spyware protection.

All those things you try are aimed at malware and spyware, if you really have a virus you need an antivirus software (such as Symantec, Norton, etc.). If you own some of the antivirus software, you can boot from the disc (by inserting the CD/DVD into the drive then restarting it), which bypasses most viruses and is able to solve the problem.
If this doesn't work, then you might need to just reformat, which is the pain but the one sure way to do it. It seems like you still have access to your files so I guess you can save your files and then reformat. Next time, just have the anti-virus installed. There's a free anti-virus software that's pretty reliable, but the name escapes me right now (it might be AVG).
