Question

If i was to download, A bigger file from pirate bay can i do this..?

Don't start with downloading from their is not safe or is illegal i know that, But my question is their is a files when downloading for example. If i was to download a size (14 gib) and i only have a 280 accessible RAm
Am i allowed to download bigger files ?

Answer

you can download torrents of any size from the piratebay or any other torrent sites. It has got nothing to do with RAM. u will have to use a torrent client, bittorrent 6.4 is my personal favourite.
I think it puts a considerable load on ur processor though. Bittorrent divides torrent files into several pieces and use caches to store data. Only a small fraction is stored at ram before it writes it to ur file.

lol RAM has nothing to do with how much you can download onto your harddrive
its your harddrive that holds the file so just click properties on it through my computer

There is a difference between file size (memory) and ram memory. RAM is only used for your programs to store smalls bits of informations while they do tasks. Your Hard drive is used to store files. You have to check the free space left on your hard drive to see how much you can download.
Search for "RAM" and "computer memory" on google for further explanation.
